Sorry for the super late post! No #tiubootycall today because I was at the ER all day since early this morning. 

M1: 2 whole wheat rotis with coconut oil & potato-eggplant curry. (Homemade by the mama)

M2: 1/2 personal #vegan pizza & iced tea. 

M3: Finished  the pizza. 

M4: Tofu “fish” cakes with sweet chili sauce & sandwich on #glutenfree bread with hummus, Vegenaise, & tomato.

#tiubootycall today was the #tiu Quickie Workout & the Crop Top Routine.  Didn’t get a chance to do cardio, but I did walking lunges & squats & pulses while cooking.

M2: 10 Deglett Noor dates & the same iced coffee as yesterday. 

M3: Leftovers from last night with brown rice instead.

M4: Same oatmeal as M1.

M5: Pasta!

M1: Chocolate-covered strawberry smoothie: Coconut almond milk, frozen strawberries,  carob powder, agave nectar, & chocolate stevia drops. 

M2: 10 Deglett Noor dates & the same iced coffee as yesterday. 

M3: Last night’s leftovers.

M4: @thatsitfruit apple blueberry bar (tried for the first time & loved it!) & Justin’s Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups (because why not).

M5: Quinoa with guac, grilled bell peppers, & @gardein #glutenfree black bean burger.

M4: Carrots & hummus. 

M5: Too tired to make quinoa & had leftover brown rice so had that with veggies & a bit of Goddess dressing.  Also had 1 whole grain Strawberry pancake because I was still hungry.

M2: 10 Deglett Noor dates & iced coffee with unsweetened almond milk & 1 teaspoon agave nectar. 

M3: 1 cup brown rice with veggies & tofu seasoned with a bit of soy sauce & sriracha.

M4: Guava kombucha, baby carrots, & hummus.

M3: #vegan brown rice marshmallow treats (100 calories each). I shamelessly had 2. #noregrets
